Axiforge is a young firm. That is a fact we will not dress up as a heritage. What we will dress up, because it is the point, is how we intend to stay: senior people on the work, architecture before code, and a partnership model in which the person who sold the programme is still in the room when it is hard.
Mid-size by design means we will refuse work that would force us to staff a mystery bench. It is a commercial constraint we are choosing. Buyers who have lived through the alternative tend to recognise it.
