Axiforge Limited (“Axiforge”, “we”) is an ICT company based in . For data collected through this site, we are the controller. Contact: info@axiforge.org.
What we collect
If you use the contact or estimate forms, we collect the name, work email, organisation, role, and message you submit, together with the time of submission. In this preview environment, submissions are stored only in your browser. On a production deployment, they would be received by Axiforge over encrypted transport and retained only as long as needed to respond and, where a programme follows, to administer that relationship.
Why
We use that information to reply, to prepare an estimate, and — if we both proceed — to contract and deliver. We do not sell personal data. We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and NDPR, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Write to info@axiforge.org.
Hosting
This website may be hosted on infrastructure outside Nigeria. We will not place the contents of a programme brief into a tool or region that we cannot name if you ask.
